New Library Catalog
The Crystal Lake Public Library has upgraded the Library Catalog in connection with Cooperative Computer Services (CCS), our library consortium. This transition has been more difficult than anticipated and has not lived up to our high service expectations. There are bugs to be worked out and related service interruptions as Enterprise, the software that displays the catalog information, attempts to work through these bugs.
Below is information that may be helpful to you as you navigate the new Catalog and related problems. Please call the Library Staff at 815.459.1687 if you have additional questions or comments. Thank you.
