Request for Proposal - Commercial Insurance Package

The Crystal Lake Public Library is accepting Commercial Insurance Package proposals including Property, General Liability, Commercial Auto, Worker's Compensation, D&O, Treasurer's Bond & Umbrella.  Companies interested in submitting proposals must attend mandatory meeting to tour the Library on May 10, 2013 @ 9:30am.  Proposals should be addressed to Debbie Brown, 126 W Paddock Street, Crystal Lake IL  60014, (815) 526-5105, and are due by 9:00pm, May 23, 2013.
